For your safety, these rules must be followed by all guests.
By signing a release of liability waiver you are acknowledging that you understand
and agree to these rules!
1. NO one under the age of 18 is permitted to check in without a parent or guardian WITH proof of legal guardianship. Youths under the age of 18 are required to have a waiver of liability form, a consent form for a minor, a medical information form, and an authorization for medical treatment form! Those under the age of 18 must also be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older to ride at Mule Ridge. Please include the person's name on the authorization for medical treatment form that is accompanying your child during check in. Click on the blue links above if you need to download any of these forms.
2. ALL forms must be notarized to be accepted!!
3. NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the property! All vehicles are subject to search before entry into the park.
4. Flags are required for all ATV's. Flags must be a minimum of 2 feet above the vehicle.
5. Helmets are required at all times for all ATV and bike riders. NO exceptions! NO warnings will be given!
6. NO riding double on any ATV or bike except those machines specifically designed by the manufacturer for doubles riding.
7. There is a 5 mph speed limit in the parking area.
8. NO rain checks or refunds will be given for breakdowns!
9. Multi-day passes must be paid for IN FULL as you enter the park on the FIRST DAY!
10. NO buggies, sand rails, trucks, or jeeps allowed.
11. All trails and tracks are 2 way, and for multiple uses.
12. Visitors must stay in the posted areas of the park.
13. Do not be destructive.
14. Please pick up ALL trash. Anyone caught littering WILL be prosecuted!
15. NO swimming in the pond.
16. NO riding permitted on the pond banks.
17. DO NOT cross any down fences.
